When you wake up, take 5 minutes of your time, before you even go through your emails and social medias… and take inventory of what you are grateful for right this second.

Write it down….

Then, go about your day with the goal to take one minute every two hours to repeat the exercise. ( set an alarm on your phone.)

At the end of the day, take note of the kind of day you had.

If you do this for one day consciously, you’ll understand the value of gratitude forever.
